The 2nd Putra Jaya Hot Air Balloon Festival.I went to the Putra Jaya Hot air Balloon Festival on 20th March,2010, with my family. The hot air balloons were located in a beautiful urban park of the Putra Jaya.
It was very impressive and the organisers really knows what they are doing. There were competitors from various countries in the world.
